Amazing Picnic Options

Includes: Location reservation, dedicated server(s), china, glassware, tablecloth/table runner/cloth napkins in napkin holder, live flower centerpieces, set up and takedown, all done with a “First Nations” theme and decor for the table setting and serving platters. Gourmet Picnic-Family Platters include: a selection of fresh bread, cold sliced free-range, med-free roast chicken breast with brandy sauce, salami and prosciutto,  poached prawn platter or smoked salmon platter, pasta salad, basil & balsamic broccoli slaw salad, blanched asparagus or alternative, seasonal fruits, local BC cheeses, “home-made” style cookies and local dessert, and beverages (sparkling and still local waters, lemonade, a variety of teas and coffee) Other options available on request.
